In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, most of the 2020 summer exchange programs hold online. We have designed 3 different kinds of online exchange programs for students, namely "Frontier of the Environmental Science and Engineering"  Online Course with Yale, "Water and Sustainability" Workshop with NUS and "Soil Microbial Ecology" lecture series. Through a variety of virtual communication platforms, students overcome the difficulty of the time difference and are able to take part in a meaningful education experience.

"Frontier of the Environmental Science and Engineering" Online Course invite Professor Jaehong Kim from the Yale to deliver 5 lectures which includes 3 adacemic talk, 1 writing lecture and 1 free communication. The academic lectures with rich themes enable students to understand the frontier knowledge in the field of environmental science and engineering, master the latest research trends of nanotechnology in the field of environmental remediation, and provide guidance for students to establish future research directions.Water and Sustainability Workshop with NUS is a more practical program. In addition to the lecture courses, students also participate in a one-day symposium to exchange research ideals and achievements.Soil Microbial Ecology lecture series give students more chances to communication with professors all over the globe with the specialty in soil science.
