Symposium On "Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Global Change" Held Successfully

2020-11-28

On November 6, 2020, the Symposium on greenhouse gas emissions and global change organized by researcher Fang Xuekun was held successfully. Professor Fang Shuangxi from Zhejiang University of Technology, Assistant Professor Zhang Yue from Texas A & M University, distinguished researcher Zhang Yuzhong from Xihu University, and researcher Fang Kai from School of public administration, Zhejiang University delivered wonderful reports respectively. More than 50 teachers and students attended. The conference was also broadcast live on the online platform, attracting more than 200 audiences.

The symposium offers a good opportunity for the teachers and students to share research achievements and communicate with each other.

The organizer Fang Xuekun's main research field is atmospheric trace gas emission traceability and response technology strategy based on ground observation. He systematically studied the emission of several atmospheric and climate pollutants, the attribution of atmospheric concentration change, global and regional environmental impact, etc. This report focuses on the inversion of halogenated greenhouse gases, and introduces the characteristics, research ideas, inversion methods and future research directions of halogenated greenhouse gases.
