Professor Lu Huijie Selected as the Emerging Water Leaders Steering Committee of IWA 2020-2022

On October 22, the International Water Association (IWA) announced the list of 13 members of the Emerging Water Leaders Steering Committee of 2020 -2022. Professor Lu Huijie from the College of Environmental and Resource Sciences was selected as the representative of the Youth Committee of China. Youth plays an unique and important role in the development of water science & technology and water management in the world. In the next two years, Professor Lu Huijie will work closely with IWA's professional groups and IWA's strategic Council to actively promote the participation of China's youth committee members in IWA's conferences and activities, and enhance the international influence of China's youth water practitioners.
